Each cottage is equipped with a plush top double bed, double futon couch, heat/airconditioning, table and chairs, refrigerator, coffee/tea-maker (and coffee/tea supplies), microwave oven, ¾ bath (sink, shower, toilet), and hairdryer. All bedding, linens, and towels are included. Outside you'll find a private porch perfect for your morning coffee or the afternoon “toddy.” There are also charcoal grills, picnic tables, and fire rings at each cottage - plus a beautiful view of Catharine Creek!
Fresh brewed coffee & tea will be available each morning from 9am-10am.

We have four cottages and all are set up the same - each one has a slightly different view of the creek - no one cottage is better than the other - all offer wonderful views and privacy.
#1 - Cottage Seneca: The first of the four cottages and is closest to the parking lot and office.
#2 - Cottage Keuka: Second cottage on the property and pairs nicely with Cottage Waneta.
#3 - Cottage Waneta: Nearest to our large “couple” swing and horseshoe pits.
#4 - Cottage Lamoka: Situated on the corner of the property and is farthest away from the parking lot and office.

Cancellation Policy – Please Read Carefully
30-day notice required for all cancellations.
If less than 30 days notice, no charge will be incurred for any cancellations in which the cottage can be rebooked (in full or partial). If we cannot fill your space, you will be charged for the cottage. As an example, if you cancel a three day reservation and we can only fill two of those cancelled days, you will only be charged for that additional day we could not book.
No charge for cancellations with more than a 30-day notice. All no shows will incur a full charge for the entire cost of the stay. If you must cancel, the more advance notice we have the more likely we will be able to rebook your cottage.
